Key Features:

• Developed from the specifications of an Insolvency practitioner and meets all the ISO and regulatory body demands, producing statutory reports, internal reports and all the bulk correspondence required.
• Manages every aspect of an insolvency/bankruptcy/liquidation including Cashbook, WIP, Creditors (Secured and Unsecured), Directors, Employees, Shareholders, Debtors, Assets, Tax, Disqualification etc..
• Processes/workflow of each case are controlled by a ‘record book’ tailored for each client. On screen at all times this ‘record book’ graphically indicates which elements have been started, which have been completed and which are still to be processed in each case area i.e. debtors.
• The ‘Record Book’ also provides links to technical and legal documents relevant to each area.
• Links to Sage 50 for updating/viewing accounting information.
• Standard letters using mail merges can be produced easily using MS Word. Added flexibility allows the user to create and edit each letter as required.
